We, at Bhatnagar International Foundation School provide a mindful BIFS Yoga Program for students in a non-competitive environment where children find joy and peace. We combine the highest quality of teaching age-appropriate yoga with the simple practice of mindfulness. Yoga exercises help in strengthening children’s bodies while calming and centering their minds. The BIFS Yoga Program nurtures students to develop their fullest physical and mental potential and well-being. Our philosophy is to impart mindfulness to children through playful use of asana, pranayama, meditation, and other aspects of yoga. Students can take what they learn in yoga class out into the world to reduce stress, fully accept themselves, respect others, and enjoy a lifelong love for yoga.
