The art of practicing yoga helps in controlling a child’s mind, body and soul. It brings together physical and mental disciplines to achieve a peaceful body and mind. It also helps in increasing flexibility, muscle strength and body tone. It improves respiration, energy and vitality. We, at Bhatnagar International Foundation School provide a mindful yoga program for students with a non-competitive environment in which children find joy and peace.
When it comes to exercise, it’s important that a child is able to engage in an age-appropriate activity. This is a matter of safety. Happily, roller skating has no age restrictions. It’s an activity that children can enjoy in any time of the school hour.
